Sabrina Swaby: Customer Service Assistant
The type of things I do at work : I answer queries from tenants and service users, and signpost them to the right department. I also write correspondence to tenants.
The best things about my job : I’ve got a really good team that I enjoy working with. I also like helping the customers.
My hopes for the future : I’d like to stay at Sheffield Homes and move up into a job where I can work with homeless and vulnerable people.
