Paul Johnson: Neighbourhood Warden

The type of things I do at work : I patrol my patch, reporting on graffiti and sorting out things like broken street lights and anti-social behaviour. I also help run community events.

The best thing about my job : Engaging with the community. I’ve developed good relationships with tenants now that they’ve got to know me.

My hopes for the future : I want to stay at Sheffield Homes and move up through the organisation – maybe into maintenance or inspecting properties. There’s lots of room to grow here.
